Turkmenabat–Farap road bridge

Project scope

The crossing combines the road bridge, approach infrastructure and associated river works. Its bank-protection scope extends for 3.4 km, a separate measure from the 1,600 m bridge length.

Engineering approach

The documented bridge includes seismic and movement-accommodation systems, with sliding isolation bearings and expansion joints.
