Project scope
The complex combines covered spectator seating with an administration building, conference facilities and a media centre for 340 people. The source also identifies parking facilities and two restaurants.
Engineering approach
A promenade between the lower and upper tiers separates spectator flows and supports circulation around the stadium. The roof protects spectator seating from rain and snow.
